Here is a small collection of some plant-based recipes that I’ve made up or modified from other recipes I’ve come across. I like to eat clean and simply so there’s nothing too involved or technical here. I’m not a chef by any means, I’m just a girl who LOVES to eat! ;) 

Breakfast:

Juices, smoothies, raw fruit dishes etc.

Lunch:

Salads, sandwiches, wraps & side dishes.

Dinner:

Pastas, salads, veggie-dishes & imitation dishes.

I’m working on a little side project entitled ‘Earthly Eats’, a collection of recipes (raw, vegan and vegetarian options) and advice using my own experience as examples for how to eat more healthily and in tune with nature.
