My favourite smoothie is this rawesome mixed berry and banana one. I love smoothies because they’re such an easy way to get a lot of vitamins and nutrient-packed fruit into you without a lot of effort. As much as I would love to stuff my face into several pints of berries each morning, sometimes, time just doesn’t allow for it. Also smoothies are great because they’re easy to digest and don’t leave you feeling weighed down. I add coconut water for a boost of extra hydration. :-)
