My everything is tight today. This was just a fun playtime practice with my pup, and not my full practice, but even just in this playing around I noticed how out of shape I’ve become. Fall down seven times, stand up eight.

Yoga Music?

Hey guys! I was wondering if I could get your help this morning. I’m looking to spice up my daily yoga routine and I’m looking for a few good songs that would be good to do sun salutations to. Anybody have any ideas? I’m looking for stuff that’s not full of the typical, water trickling, listening to the waves kinda shit that’s all you can find when you google yoga music lol. I want upbeat and fun, world music. :)
