My everything is tight today. This was just a fun playtime practice with my pup, and not my full practice, but even just in this playing around I noticed how out of shape I’ve become. Fall down seven times, stand up eight.

What a little bugger!

Every time I get up to do some crunches, squats, push-ups etc. My dog goes crazy! He has taken a liking to laying his whole body across my stomach while I do crunches and liking/mouthing me like mad! I cannot wait until Tim and I move to our new place this weekend and we get to set up our workout room! So pumped! And I can shut the door so the dog won’t interfere. ;p

Okay sorry I know I haven’t been around the past couple of days but I have a very good reason. My boyfriend and I became parents to this little guy!! His name is Chase and he is a Sheltie. Got him from a farm just outside of the city and he already is adapting very well to our little home. I can’t wait until I can take him running with me! :)
