Leftover Salad Juice ;p 
5 stalks of celery
handful of strawberries
1/2 cup cantaloupe
handful of kale
handful of spinach
3 large oranges
1 cup grapes
1/2 cucumber
Makes for a refreshing celery/citrus flavored drink! It packs quite the punch, so I diluted mine with about 2 cups of water. It was a little under 2L in all. Going to save some for the morning! :-)

Enjoyed some raw vegan “tacos” tonight for dinner. Celery, romaine, red onion, green, yellow and red bell pepper, jalapeno and tomatoes. :) Very tasty. Had watermelon for dessert.

Just loaded up the fridge/kitchen with:

4 kiwi’s

3 tomatoes

7 bananas

4 mangos

12 grapefruit

8 oranges

1 bunch of celery

2 bags of spinach

1 bag of swiss chard

16 apples

a LOT of strawberries

a LOT of raspberries

5 bell peppers peppers

1 watermelon

1 cantaloupe

Starting tomorrow: vegan for 30 days, raw vegan as often as possible. Kick-starting it all off with 100% raw tomorrow. Can’t wait to sink my teeth into all that fruit! :)

I’m taking OJ to a whole new level this morning. My breakfast consisted of 2 freshly squeezed oranges, 1 mandarin, and 1 grapefruit. The results? Pure Awesome in a glass! I’m also having some green grapes and raspberries. :) Loadin’ up on the vit c early today!

I should also make the mini announcement that as of Monday June 27th, I will be going vegan for 30 days. I’m only saying 30 days because when I went vegetarian approx 11 years ago, I said I would try it for one month and… well… yeah. ;) I think I also want to incorporate raw vegan meals into my diet as much as possible, but I know enough to admit that it will be difficult when just starting out, so I’m not making any promises to myself in that regard. I hope I have some support from you guys with this, I know not everyone supports the vegetarian or vegan lifestyle, but I ain’t pushin’, I just think it’s what’s best for me at this point and I hope you guys can respect that. :)

Also, the reason why I’m waiting until Monday to make the change, I still have some products in my kitchen that I will have to use up or force my boyfriend into consuming at a rapid pace within the next few days, and I need to stock up on more fresh greens and fruits. We’re running painfully low on apples, bananas and strawberries!!! ZOMG!
